We are inviting you to join us for a 2 1/2 hour Intensive focusing on the principles and fundamentals of Pilates.  The session is suitable for those new to Pilates and those currently practicing and wanting to brush up on the basics.

 

The Practice includes:

 

 - Fundamentals of Pilates: breathing, posture, alignment

 

 - Practical application of the fundamentals and breaking down of a few Pilates Exercises

 

 - Introducing equipment into the sessions

***The session is strictly limited to 5 people***

We also offer an online Pilates Fundamentals & Deconstruction of 34 Original Pilates Exercises Course. It comes in 6 modules consisting of a complete break down of the 34 Exercises, their modifications and progressions and includes a short Pilates Session after each module. Every module is also available as a detailed PDF and comes complimentary to the course. Downloadable manual is also available on request.
