Spring has sprung and everyone has thrown themselves into the outdoor activities!
We are inviting you to join us for a 1 1/2 Hour session to give your hamstrings and hips some TLC after all that walking, hiking, cycling, running and the rest of it!
May, 12th (Wednesday)
6:30pm - 8pm
The session is a fusion of flows and longer held stretches focusing mainly on stretching and strengthening your hamstrings and hips.
You will need a mat, a blanket, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap for the session. If you don’t own some of these you can always use something else to replace the items you do not have.
The session takes place on Zoom and your investment is £8 for a 1 1/2 hour session including the recordingof the Practice
