We are super excited to invite you to join us for this brand new collaboration with Kirstin from KG Scotland for an invigorating and refreshing morning of Pilates, Cold Water Swim and Sauna!

We will start with a moving, strengthening and warming one hour Pilates practice with myself and Kirstin will take over with a guided introduction to Cold Water Swim. This will include going over the risks, the benefits, top tips and how to keep yourself safe in water. 

  • Dryrobes will be available to hire on request

  • Kit provided to you: tow float, gloves, & hot water bottle

  • Welcome Gift from both of us

Snacks will be provided but pease bring a flask with a warming drink!
