We are inviting you to join us for a 2 1/2 hour Intensive focusing on the breakdown of the 34 Original Pilates Exercises. You will be given alternatives and modifications of every single exercise to make the Practice work for you. The session is suitable for those new to Pilates and those currently practicing it.
Pilates has evolved a lot since it was first introduced many many years ago by Joseph Pilates. But it is good to take it back to its Classical Form now and then. The movements will definitely challenge you but you will always have a safe option for every single move.
The Practice includes:
- Fundamentals of Pilates: breathing, posture, alignment
- Practical application of the fundamentals on 34 Original Pilates Exercises
- Introducing equipment into the session
