We are slowly arriving to the season of colder days and longer nights. Mindful gentle Yin style practices are slowly replacing stronger Yang ones to let our body and mind adjust to the change of seasons.

Thoughts of fear and uncertainty are in the air. The minds are busy and anxious, we are craving reassurance, stability and peace. If we cannot control external circumstances, we can try and settle down our busy minds and try and find some inner peace through mindfulness. 

We will be running monthly Release into Yin Sessions over the next few months focusing on different aspects, but serving the same purpose: adding a drop of mindfulness and gentle movement to our lives.

We are inviting you to join us for a lovely relaxing Mindful Flow, followed by an hour of delicious Yin with a touch of Myofascial Release and Yoga Nidra to finish off the practice 

 

Our lives are so hectic that we don’t give ourselves enough time to slow down and reset: reset you mind, body and nervous system and to let go of anything that is no longer serving us.

 

The main focus is on heart opening, shoulder and hip releasing postures - the areas where we hold stress and suppressed emotions. We will also work with a few acupressure points to aid with relaxation and soothe the body and the brain.

These are small group sessions to allow  for a more personal approach to the practice.
