A Soundbath is a therapeutic experience that uses various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing sounds. The resonating vibrations from these instruments help to relax your body, calm your mind, and restore balance, providing a harmonious healing experience.
What to Expect
During our Winter Yin and Soundbath Practice you can expect a nurturing and tranquil atmosphere to help you connect with the essence of the season: candles, seasonal essential oils aromas and a mini self care gift for the practice.
The workshop will include:
- Guided Meditation and Gentle Yin Yoga: you will be led through a series of yin yoga poses that promote deep relaxation and release tension. This practice will help you cultivate mindfulness, stretch your body, and find balance within. Myofascial Release techniques will be offered to complement the Yin Holds, but these are pure optional.
- Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a soundbath session. The soothing sounds and resonances produced by various instruments will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to let go of stress, quiet your mind, and experience a profound sense of calm.
