We are inviting you to discover the calming energies of Winter with a Yin and Soundbath Practice!

As we embrace the serene and introspective energy of winter, it is the perfect time to indulge in a nourishing yin yoga practice infused with myofascial release and a soothing sound bath. This powerful combination allows us to release tension, cultivate stillness, and transform our bodies and minds.

Yin yoga is a gentle and introspective practice that targets the deeper layers of connective tissue in our bodies. It involves holding poses for an extended period while focusing on breath and relaxation. This slow-paced practice encourages us to surrender and let go, creating space for physical and emotional release.

To enhance the benefits of yin yoga, incorporating myofascial release can be transformative. Myofascial release involves applying gentle pressure and elongating the body's fascia, the connective tissue surrounding our muscles and organs. This technique helps release tension, increase circulation, and improve flexibility.

To elevate this blissful experience we have added a sound bath to your practice.

Remember, winter is the season of reflection and restoration. By incorporating yin yoga, myofascial release, and sound bath into your practice, you can deepen your connection to yourself and create space for healing and growth.

Embrace the stillness, surrender to the process, and let the transformative power of Yin Winter Practice guide you into a state of balance and harmony.

The practice will conclude with warmning drinks and seasonal treats

  • What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on holding poses for a longer duration, allowing you to deepen your flexibility, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness. It promotes relaxation, enhances circulation, and targets the deeper connective tissues of the body.

  • What is a Soundbath?

A Soundbath is a therapeutic experience that uses various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing sounds. The resonating vibrations from these instruments help to relax your body, calm your mind, and restore balance, providing a harmonious healing experience.

  •  What to Expect

During our Winter Yin and Soundbath Practice you can expect a nurturing and tranquil atmosphere to help you connect with the essence of the season: candles, seasonal essential oils aromas and a mini self care gift for the practice.

  • The workshop will include:

  - Guided Meditation and Gentle Yin Yoga: you will be led through a series of yin yoga poses that promote deep relaxation and release tension. This practice will help you cultivate mindfulness, stretch your body, and find balance within. Myofascial Release  techniques will be offered to complement the Yin Holds, but these are pure optional.

 - Soundbath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a soundbath session. The soothing sounds and resonances produced by various instruments will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to let go of stress, quiet your mind, and experience a profound sense of calm.
