2. ***FREE***FACEBOOK GROUP: This is the extra fun interactive community space! We will have Uploaded Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Myofascial Release Workouts, Motivational challenges, breath work and more. This is a place for interaction in between the live sessions - we share stuff/ have a laugh/ have a moan and support each other!
3. Members page on www.natalliasfitness.com. You will have access to ALL the sessions within the Online Library when you join us on an Unlimited Monthly Membership.
Natallia’s Functional Yoga Facebook page is also FREE and has numerous Yoga & Pilates sessions of various lengths.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP is £27.99 and grants you access to all Live and Recorded sessions.
BASIC MEMBERSHIP is £20 and grants you access to 1 Live Weekly Session + Unlimited Access to all the Recorded Classes
You can purchase £3 class credits if you are on a Basic Membership to access extra classes.
PAYG is £5 - 1 hour or 45mins Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates and £3 for all our 30 minutes sessions.
If you are not sure about signing up for a monthly membership, you can join us for a 2 Week Trial with no obligations to sign up for a month. It is £14.99 and grants you access to ALL Zoom Live Sessions & Online Library of Resources.
Once the two weeks are up you can either leave, or pay the remainder and stay with us for a month, or sign up for a brand new membership.
Both Friday morning classes run as week 1 & week 2 sessions:
8:30am - HATHA Yoga with Shirley
9am - Arms/Core Express
8:30am - Pilates Flow with Shirley
9am - Barre Express
