We are inviting you to join us for a lovely, nurturing Sunday morning Pilates Practice.
Pilates & Lattes is a slow, supportive session designed to help you unwind, both physically and mentally.
This class blends gentle, accessible Pilates with mindful breathing and unhurried movement to support your nervous system, ease tension and create a sense of calm in the body as well as strengthen your physical body.
There’s no pressure to perform and no expectation to push. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, rest when needed, and simply notice how the body feels.
After the movement practice, we stay and enjoy a warm drink together, because connection, community and slowing down are just as important as the movement itself.
This session is ideal if you:
• Feel stressed, overwhelmed or mentally tired
• Are navigating burnout or a busy season of life
• Want movement that supports your mind as well as your body
• Prefer the pace of Pilates over high-intensity classes
• Enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere

This is an open level Pilates Practice suitable for all levels and abilities. It is a combination of Pilates Exercises, Breathwork, Stretches and Playful Sequences and a drop of Mindfulness.
Please bring your mat and any props you'd like to you for the practice. If you would like to borrow our mats or props please let us know!
