Join us for a cosy and uplifting morning designed to help you move, unwind, and connect. We’ll begin with a gentle yet energising 2 hour Pilates session, followed by time to relax with warming drinks, homemade baking, and fresh fruit in a beautiful setting inside or outside.

 

Includes a refreshing Spring wellness shot on arrival to kick start your morning!

 

This is a limited-space event, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone attending.

 

Please note: this is a trial run in this venue, so it’s a lovely opportunity to be part of something new as it grows!

This is an open level Pilates Practice suitable for all levels and abilities. It is a combination of Pilates Exercises, Breathwork, Stretches and Playful Sequences and a drop of Mindfulness. 

Please bring your mat and any props you'd like to you for the practice.  If you would like to borrow our mats or props please let us know!
