Welcome to our PILATES & YOGA Classes!

The classes are run from a lovely room at THE RETREAT venue in Dingwall. Both sessions are small group classes to allow for more personal approach.


Just a few words about the styles of Both sessions and what to expect from them.


PILATES CLASS is an open level session, but if you are completely new to Pilates I would recommend to start with a private session before joining the group class.


MINDFUL VINYASA FLOW is the theme for our Yoga Sessions this term. The pace is slow, but challenge can be added to every sequence. Every practice will have soft flows, breathwork and gentle transitions offering lovely stretch, movement and relaxation. 



Please bring your own mat and any props you would like to use for the session. If you need to borrow some equipment please let me know beforehand. 

The sessions are Non Refundable (please refer to our Cancellations & Refunds Policy), but can be swapped for other Pilates classes providing there are spaces available. You will have 5 WEEKS to use up your credits


These classes are interchangeable with Saturday sessions (see below), so if you aren't able to attend a session you can always jump into a Saturday class.

In this NEW Pilates & Yoga Saturday block we will be stripping everything down and building it back up from breath, posture and alignment to breaking down movements and spending a bit more time on creating new patterns and pathways for you to become more aware of what is happening to the body and why. Less is more as they say!


The sessions are suitable for literally everyone from those already practicing Yoga & Pilates to all the newcomers to these activities. 

These classes are interchangeable with group Wednesday sessions or Zoom Classes, so if you aren't able to attend a session you can always jump into one of those.

You will need a mat, but if you don't have one you can always borrow one of ours. We do provide the equipment for the session but if you'd like to have your own kit you can purchase one of our Yoga or Pilates Starter Bundles (see above)

The sessions start on November the 5th (Saturday) and taking it right up to a pre Christmas week.

The sessions are run as a 6 week block with 7 weeks to use up your credits. PAYG is available at £10 per session.

Your Investment is £50 for a 6 Week Block


If you can’t make it to a group class or unsure about joining group sessions, we have 𝘗𝘙𝘐𝘝𝘈𝘛𝘌 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢, 𝘗𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴, 𝘈𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘠𝘰𝘨𝘢, 𝘔𝘺𝘰𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 & 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘌𝘚𝘚𝘐𝘖𝘕𝘚 available from our place in Dingwall
