Blue to Cream Gradient

All our Group ​Sessions are currently run from Unit6Fitness in Dingwall. Due to the distancing guidelines the classes are limited to 4-5 people and pre booking is mandatory.  We run a full Online Timetable of Live Classes alongside our face to face classes.

YOGA

Wednesday 7pm - 8pm

PILATES

Wednesday 5:30pm - 6:40pm

Saturday 11am - 12:10pm

Please bring your own mat and any props you would like to use for the session. If you need to borrow some equipment please let me know beforehand and I will sanitise it for you. I have a few pieces of equipment for sale:  yoga straps, soft Pilates balls, loop bands, yoga blocks, Pilates head blocks. 

Your investment is £8 per session. You can prebook a few sessions in advance, but until we know what is happening with the venues and establish safe numbers in a class it will be a week to week booking with no discounts given on purchasing a block. Once we get into a set weekly routine block bookings will be re introduced to save you booking week to week.

Due to the size of the sessions no refunds can be issued at this point. The purchased classes can be given to friends or relatives on the occasion of not being able to attend the sessions.

If you are experiencing any signs of COVID-19 (cough, temperature, loss of taste) please do not come to the venue.
