Bergamot to slow heart rate, lower blood pressure and reduce feelings of anxiety

 

Cedarwood for its emotionally grounding effect and promoting the feelings of safety and tranquility. 

 

How to apply: 

 

  • Apply 3 - 4 drops on a cotton ball and place it under your pillow

  • Spray your pillow

  • Diffuse the blend

  • Apply on pulse points 

Deep Sleep

  • The oils used in a blend are Lavender, Cedarwood, and Bergamot
