Jill, Gill and myself are inviting you to join us for a full day Retreat filled with movement, relaxation, learning, creativity, self care, becoming one with nature and building mindful connection between all the beautiful souls joining the event!
The Theme is: Connecting body and mind through mindful practices that honour our personal wellness.
The Retreat will be held at the stunning location at the Dell of Abernethy and run from a spacious rustic and welcoming Tepee!
We are delighted to bring you a combination of practices and activities led by the three of us:

Natallia will be leading you through both Yoga Practices and facilitating Aromatherapy Workshop

Jill Riddell will be taking you through some grounding therapies and a soothing sound bath to conclude the day

Gill MacLennan will be taking over the Temple Spa Facial part of the Retreat: you'll be leaving smelling wonderful and looking 10 years younger!
Agenda for the Day
10am - 10:20am - Arrival and Welcome
10:20am - 11:30am - Pranayama, Meditation and Visualisation followed by ‘Root to Rise’ Morning Yoga Practice
During the yoga practice we will welcome you to the tranquil sanctuary of slow flow yoga, where you will be invited to reconnect with the essence of the natural world around you through a series of grounding flows and mindful holds. Each pose is an opportunity to connect with the natural world, to feel the earth beneath you and the sky above, and to tap into the stillness and magic of the nature that surrounds us.
11:30-12noon - Gratitude Practice outside (weather permitting) in Nature led by Jill + teas and light snacks
12noon - 1pm - Aromatherapy Blending Workshop: creating a grounding blend and a room nature inspired mist/spray.
- Introduction to Essential Oils
- Understanding plant-based healing properties and categorising the oils
- Creating personal aromatherapy blend
12:30pm - 2pm - Nourishing Vegan and Vegetarian lunch + Short Walk connecting with the nature afterwards
2pm - 3:30pm - Temple Spa Facial Workshop with introduction to lymphatic system with Gill.
Gill will be sharing her Wellness Experience and bringing a 'Breath of Life' to help breeze you into Spring, mixing beautiful aromas and soothing sounds. The session will incorporate a facial as well as some relaxing rituals that you can replicate at home. She will introduce products that will aid in reducing stress and promoting relaxation, with techniques to bring some peace and tranquility.
3:30pm - 4pm - 'Ground & Connect' Yin Yoga with Essential Oils
Yin yoga is a practice of deep stretching, mindfulness and relaxation. Feel the energy of the spring flowing through you, guiding you towards a state of inner peace and connection with the world around you
4pm - 5pm - Soundbath with Jill + closing circle
Soothe away any last remaining stress and tension, relax and reflect on the day during a magical Soundbath with Jill. A sound bath is an immersion of beautiful sounds and vibrations that lull you into a peaceful and mindful state that promotes relaxation for your mind body and spirit. The purpose of sound therapy is to move our minds and bodies from a place of imbalance to a place of balance. Sound gives us something to focus on making it easier for us to switch off. Some of the reported benefits: Lower blood pressure, improve circulation, deep relaxation, pain reduction, stress reduction, helps to cope with life challenges and changes .........and many more!



What to Bring and What to Wear

Please bring or wear waterproof clothes and have some water resistant or waterproof shoes if it rains on the day

Your Retreat Facilitators

Natallia Maguire is a Yoga and Pilates teacher and retreat facilitator with a passion for health and wellness. Since 2007, she has been guiding and empowering individuals on transformative journeys through her expertise in Yoga, Pilates, Dance and other health and fitness related activities as well as aromatherapy and bespoke crystal jewellery and Mala creations. Natallia has been working with essential oils since 2018 and has a popular andwell established range of blends that is available from her website as well as some local shops.
Natallia’s love for open water swims, hikes, movement and mindfulness as well as all things outdoorsy, shines through in her retreats, creating a space for participants to connect with nature and themselves. Whether online or in person, Natallia’s offerings provide a holistic approach to well-being, helping individuals relax, rejuvenate, and thrive.

Gill has been sharing Temple Spa love since 2018.
Temple Spa is a 100% British Company providing luxury skincare and spa lifestyle products which are science led and bathed in Mediterranean sunshine!

Jill from Iner Sense has been doing Sound Baths in and around the Inverness area for 7 years now. Jill's background is in Mental Health, mainly in Psychiatric Occupational Therapy, which has spanned the last 32 years. It was through her work in the NHS that Jill found a passion for QiGong which lead to her gaining a qualification and facilitating groups within the NHS for over 10 years. This has then lead to her interest in Sound and it’s amazing benefits. Jill love being in Nature and connecting to all that it has to offer.





Please note that the retreat is non refundable due to it being a small group session and the costs incurred, but if you are unable to attend the session it can be sold or gifted to a friend. Full refund will be given if we fill up all the spaces
