Spine Awakening Series

Spine Awakening Series is a selection of 10 Yoga, Pilates and Myofascial Release Sessions of various lengths focusing on the health of your Spine: twists, lower and upper back practices and more. These are taken from our On Demand Library, Challenges and online mini courses.

You can do these in any order, combine a couple of the practices into a longer one or do them in isolation.

 

It's important to remember that these recorded sessions are meant to be practiced at your own pace and within your comfort level. Ensure you have a quiet and undisturbed space for your practice, and always listen to your body to avoid any unnecessary strain or injury.
