Spine Awakening Series
Spine Awakening Series is a selection of Yoda, Pilates and Myofascial Release Sessions focusing on the health of your Spine: twists, lower and upper back practices and more. Some of these are taken from our challenges and online mini courses.
You can do these in any order, combine a couple of the practices into a longer one or do them in isolation.
It's important to remember that these recorded sessions are meant to be practiced at your own pace and within your comfort level. Ensure you have a quiet and undisturbed space for your practice, and always listen to your body to avoid any unnecessary strain or injury.
For even better results, it's recommended to establish a regular practice routine and combine these sessions with healthy lifestyle choices such as maintaining proper posture, engaging in regular physical activity, and seeking professional advice when needed.
