We are inviting you to join us for a  75-minute practice designed to soothe your body and quiet your mind. 

 

This deeply nourishing session combines the gentle stillness of Yin Yoga with the grounding presence of mindfulness. Supported by the soft glow of candlelight and the therapeutic power of aromatherapy, you’ll be guided through long, restful holds that melt away the tension. A touch of myofascial release techniques will help to free stuck areas in the body, allowing breath and energy to flow with greater ease.

The sessions can be attended as separate practices or as a block of 6 sessions.
