Join us for 21 Days of Pilates – a series of energising 15–20 minute classes designed to strengthen, stretch, and reset your body in just a few minutes a day. With a mix of equipment-free sessions and options using resistance bands, small balls, foam rollers, and Pilates rings, you’ll enjoy variety and feel results.

 

  • Perfect for busy schedules, this series helps you build a consistent Pilates habit with variety and ease. 

 

  • No props? No problem. Every session includes equipment-free modifications so you can take part anytime, anywhere.

  • Mix and Match sessions to make them into a longer class

  • No need to be on social media - you will get full access to the 21 Days of Pilates from an external link

The 21 Pilates Journey starts on the 8th of September. You can join it any time - it is self paced and you can do it whenever you have spare 15 - 20 minutes!

A Facebook Group for the challenge will be created. It is totally optional, but it'll be a place of accountability and group spirit!
