We are inviting you to join us for this supportive, educational and practical workshop suitable for anyone who wants to strengthen, stretch, and mobilise the hips to move with more comfort and confidence.
Using a blend of theory with gentle strength work, mobility exercises, mindful stretching, and release techniques, this session is designed to help you better understand your hips and give them the care they need.
The Session is Perfect for Those who:
• experience tight hip flexors or general hip stiffness
• want to build strength and stability around the hips
• are awaiting hip surgery and want to prepare your body
• are recovering and looking for safe, guided movement
• simply want to move more freely and support long-term hip health
Expect a calm, welcoming pace with clear options and guidance, so you can work at a level that feels right for your body.
This is a small group session to allow for Individual Approach
