Welcome to a FREE 14 Day PILATES & BARRE (Floor Based) Holiday Challenge! We will be alternating CREATIVE PILATES sequences with more upbeat BARRE FLOOR SEQUENCES for 14 Days and adding a short 15-30 minute daily Yoga Practice to keep you mobility in check! A typical day will have one Pilates or Barre Floor Session followed by a Yoga Practice giving you a good 40-50 minute daily session! It is FREE, FUN & will definitely help start your day on a positive note! We start on Monday the 27th! Looking forward to having you on board!
