This 6-week beginners yoga course is a gentle, welcoming introduction to yoga for anyone who wants to move, breathe and feel better in their body

 

It’s perfect if you:

• Feel stiff, tense or tired

• Are new to yoga or returning after a break

• Want to build confidence in a calm, friendly space

• Want to understand your body and how to move it safely

 

Each week you’ll be guided step-by-step through simple postures, breathing techniques and mindful movement that support your joints, spine, hips and nervous system — while also helping you feel calmer, more grounded and more connected to yourself.

 

 - You don’t need to be flexible

 - You don’t need any experience.

 - You just need to show up as you are.

Your investment into a 6 week course is £72 if you are joining us in person or £60 if you are joining us on Zoom. Each session lasts 90 minutes.

What to bring?

 

 - A Yoga Mat if you have one, otherwise we can always provide you with one

 - Yoga Props (blocks, etc) if you have those otherwise we can also provide you with them

 - Water 

 - Inquisitive Mind and willingness to be open to something new

Do I need to have any experience in Yoga?

No, no experience is required. Everyone is welcome to attend the course

What happens if I miss a session?

If we have any zoom attendees then the session will be recorded and sent to you. Otherwise you can jump into any of our weekly Pilates or Yoga classes or we will send you a selection of recordings to practice in your own time
