This course is all about helping you feel more comfortable, confident and at ease in your body. You don’t need any experience to be here - just a willingness to move, breathe, and take a little time for yourself. We’ll keep things simple, supportive, and steady, building strength and mobility in a way that feels good rather than forced. Think of this as your space to reconnect with your body, let go of tension, build strength, and start moving with more ease in everyday life.

This 4 week programme distills 18 years of expertise in movement, learning and hands on experience into a clear, empowering journey that helps you to feel strong, capable, and confident in every move.
