~Soft Transition into Spring: Releasing Winter Tension and Welcoming Light ~
~A quiet space to let go of winter’s heaviness and welcome the gentle energy of a new season ~

As winter begins to soften and the first signs of spring emerge, this practice invites you to gently release stagnation and create space for new energy.

March is a time of transition — a shift from inward stillness toward subtle movement and growth. In this Yin & Restore session, we’ll slow down, soften tension, and support the body as it awakens naturally and without force.

Through long-held shapes, supported rest, and mindful breathing, you’ll be guided to reconnect with a sense of ease, spaciousness, and quiet renewal.

This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive if you’re feeling tight, tired, or in need of a nervous system reset.

Expect a calm, grounding atmosphere with plenty of props, essential oils and options to make the practice feel safe and nourishing.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is associated with the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, which relate to:

    •    The smooth flow of energy (Qi)

    •    Flexibility (physically and emotionally)

    •    Vision, direction, and fresh perspective

When these meridians are supported, we may feel more balanced, clear-headed and open to change. The element of spring is Wood. Balancing out Spring Meridians also helps with anxiety and stress.

The practice will focus Yin Holds targeting mainly these meridians (but also not exclusively)
