We are inviting you to celebrate the Earth Day with a half day mini Yoga & Mindfulness mini retreat.

 

The session is themed around grounding, finding our feet and feeling safe and secure in our body and mind.

 

The first session of the day is a Grounding Flow - GAIA FLOW - combining movement and breath with longer held postures. Root chakra flows will be dominating the session to strengthen the connection to earth by creating more heat and power in the lower body. Therapy/massage balls will be used to awaken our feet before the start of the practice. 

 

Yoga Flow will be closely followed by a mini CREATIVE WORKSHOP. As a part of our mini retreat you will be offered a practical tutorial on using natural and organic products for self-care and wellness. You will learn how to create your own eco-friendly essential oil rollerball to use on Acupressure Points during the Yin Yoga Practice. You will also learn the basics of blending and categorising the oils. 

 

***Everyone booked into the session will receive a ‘Make Your Own Rollerball’ mini Kit***

 

After the workshop you will be served delicious homemade vegan and vegetarian brunch.

 

The mini retreat will conclude with ‘Root to Rise’ Yin Yoga & Soundbath Practice. You will be guided how to work with Acupressure Points for Rest, Anxiety and Relaxation. 

 

Everyone is invited for a swim at Loch Achilty after the Mini retreat! (Optional)

• 1pm - 2pm - 'Root to Rise' Yin Yoga & Soundbath to pause, reboot and unwind.
