Join us for this relaxing practice that offers you a moment to exhale, release, and soften before stepping into what’s next.
Let Go to Let In is a calming, slow-paced yoga session designed to help you unwind the body, quiet the mind, and create space for renewal.
We’ll move slowly, ease out the heaviness of the season, and settle into a deeply supportive restorative and yin-inspired practice that nourishes the nervous system.
Expect soothing stretches, gentle breathwork, long-supported holds, and a peaceful atmosphere that helps you let go of tension, old energy, and emotional clutter so you can welcome clarity, lightness, and intention into the year ahead.
No prior experience of Yin, Restorative Yoga or Myofascial release is necessary – all levels are welcome to join this nurturing and therapeutic practice.
Please bring a mat, yoga strap, yoga blocks, a bolster and other props you think you might use for the practice. A blanket is a must for a deeply relaxing Soundbath. If you would like to borrow some of the props (straps or/and blocks) please let us know in advance
The session will conclude with a 15-20 minutes Soundbath, where the harmonious sounds and vibrations create a serene atmosphere conducive to deep relaxation and inner peace. Allow yourself to surrender to the soothing melodies and let go of any accumulated stress or worries; let your body and mind become quiet, still and open to reflecting on the practice and the new sensations it has acquired during the session.
