Throughout the day you will be guided to truly step into flow, through these various practices, and encouraged to release all that no longer serves you, to enable you to step into a more invigorated, uplifted, and motivated version of you.

WHY THE SEA?

Sea air contains positive ions, that help to shift and alter our energy field, in turn creating a more balanced and calm mental state. Sea water is rich in minerals that can be absorbed through the skin. The rhythmic sound of ocean waves has a calming effect on the brain. promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

“The Ocean is the foundation of all life, an extraordinary and largely unexplored place, teeming with fascinatingly diverse plants and animals which, together with currents and natural systems, shape our planet. The Ocean provides us with food and facilitates pleasure, as well as livelihoods for millions, if not billions of people”. (Ocean Conservation Trust)

There are so many ways we can connect with the energy of the sea, through visualisation, and setting our intention, and invoking Goddess energy.

What is Goddess Energy?

The Goddess is no external force or power that we are seeking, but an energy that we can tap into, and embody so that we become the beautiful, powerful, strong, archetypal warrior and embrace her true feminine power within ourselves.

During the day we will explore the archetypal energy of some well known Goddesses, and invite their energy into our body and aura.

Sea Goddesses have many names throughout the ages. Well known ones are Amphitrite, Greek Goddess of the Sea, and wife of Poseidon, Yemanja, Brazilian Goddess of Creation, Moon and Water, Cliodna, Celtic Goddess of the Sea and Water and Asherah, Lady of the Sea, in ancient Canaanite culture.

Your Investment is £55

Please note that we are running it at an introductory price to celebrate the launch of our new collaboration!

Your Retreat Facilitators

Lisa McDonald is a practicing artist with 15 years experience of delivering workshops in painting, creativity, mindfulness and mediation.

She is also a qualified Life Coach and Colour Therapist, which she uses in one to one coaching sessions, as well in group settings to teach and guide clients in ways to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Holding regular outdoor mindfulness workshops, meditation sessions, and using tools such as creative doodling, vision boarding and journaling, Lisa loves combining knowledge and skills, with creative flow.

In 2020, Lisa experienced a very physical kundalini awakening, which awoke within her the ability to feel people’s auras very profoundly. She is now a practicing Energy Healer, and uses intuitive techniques to release blockages from the aura and body.

She now completely believes and knows that we can tap into the innate healing energy that resides in all of us, and that in fact the more we do this, through a variety of healing modalities, the more we heal.

It is her calling and her passion to bring healing to others, and to bring people into this stunning, remote and wild Scottish Highlands landscape to receive the healing benefits that it brings.
