Awaken, Renew & Restore Yoga & Mindfulness Half Day Mini Retreat

We are inviting you to join us for a half day mini Yoga & Mindfulness mini retreat. If the weather is on our side we will start the morning with some barefoot walking and meditation outside!
The session is themed around grounding, finding our feet and feeling safe and secure in our body and mind.
Therapy/massage balls will be used to awaken our feet before the start of the practice.
The first session of the day is a Grounding Flow Yoga combining movement and breath with longer held postures. Root chakra flows will be dominating the session to strengthen the connection to earth by creating more heat and power in the lower body.
Grounding and earthy essential oils will be offered to go with the practice (optional).
The first Practice will be followed by delicious breakfast of homemade baking, fruit and hot and cold drinks.
The second practice of the day is Yin Yoga & Soundbath: long held posture’s accompanied by beautiful, powerful and healing vibrations of the Crystal bowls.
If you would not like to join us for a dip at Loch Achilty after you can still accompany us and do some barefoot walking! This part is optional, but it’ll be fun and might include some hot chocolate after!
Your investment is £55 for a 4 1/2 hour Retreat

9:30am - 10am - Barefoot Walking & Meditation
10am - 11:45am - Feet MFR + Grounding Flow Yoga
11:45am - 12:30pm - Breakfast
12:30pm - 2pm - Yin Yoga & Soundbath to pause, reboot and unwind.
(Optional Swim/Dip at Loch Achilty with Hot Chocolate after)
This is a small group practice of maximum of 8 people
Delicious homemade brunch is included into the price (please message me if you have any special dietary requirements)
***The session is non refundable, but can be sold or gifted to a friend. If we manage to fill up your space full refund will be issued***
