Welcome to our November Yoga Mini Retreat. Take a deep breath and allow yourself to relax and unwind as we embark on a journey of self-care and rejuvenation. This retreat is designed to help you find balance, gratitude, and inner peace during the last pre festive month.

We start our retreat with a Grounding Meditation and Breathwork (Pranayama).


**NEW** Cacao & Intention Setting: before we move into our physical practice, we will take a moment to set intentions for this retreat and express gratitude. Whether you would like to spend a few minutes on journaling while drinking your ceremonial cacao or quietly reflecting on your intentions and gratitude practice while sipping the drink, enjoy this moment of tranquility and peace.

Our physical practice will begin with a Gentle Flow to awaken and warm up the body. Physiological focus is on upper body and balancing postures and sequences.


Myofascial Release: The first practice will conclude with a few postures incorporating the use of the therapy balls. The use of the balls is optional and you can enjoy the gentle stretches and releases on their own without the use of any equipment. 


Brunch. Warming autumn soup and salad will be introduced into our mini retreat in November followed by hot drinks and seasonal snacks. 


Yin & Restorative Yoga: Release tension and surrender into each pose as you allow your body to rest and rejuvenate. Sink into the stillness and tranquility of each posture, embracing the nourishing power of restorative yoga. 

Soundbath: The mini retreat will conclude with a 20-25 minute sound journey to enhance the soothing and mindful effects of the practice.


Your investment is £50 for this nourishing autumnal day if you sign up before the 13th of November. It’ll be going up to £60 after that. 


  • What is Yin Yoga? 


Yin Yoga is a gentle practice that focuses on holding poses for a longer duration, allowing you to deepen your flexibility, release tension, and cultivate mindfulness. It promotes relaxation, enhances circulation, and targets the deeper connective tissues of the body.


  • What is a Soundbath? 


A Soundbath is a therapeutic experience that uses various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other soothing sounds. The resonating vibrations from these instruments help to relax your body, calm your mind, and restore balance, providing a harmonious healing experience.


  •  What to Expect 


During our November Mini Retreat you can expect a nurturing and tranquil atmosphere to help you connect with the essence of the season: candles, seasonal essential oils aromas and a mini self care gift for the practice. 


  •  Who Can Attend? 

Our Autumn Yin and Soundbath Workshop is open to everyone, regardless of age or experience level. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop is designed to cater to your needs. Come as you are, with an open heart and a curious mind.

Spaces are limited for this captivating Practice, so we encourage you to reserve your spot as soon as possible.

***Due to small numbers, the session is non refundable, but can be sold or gifted to a friend. If we manage to fill up your space full refund will be issued. Alternatively you will be offered a Private 1 hr session with myself (+ your self care gift for the practice).
