Exclusive Small Group Luxury Retreat

Our Nurture & Nourish November Yoga Retreat is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Unwind, recharge, and immerse yourself into the tranquil beauty of nature before the festive hassle descends upon us! 

 

Set amidst breathtaking scenery, this small group luxury retreat offers a unique blend of yoga, meditation, and holistic wellness practices designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

We will be staying at a stunning accommodation comprising of two adjoining buildings - The Hideaway and the Bothy,  nestling into the foothills of the Cairngorms National Park in the Aberdeenshire. The house is made of traditional granite stone and was hand built by the owner over a 4 year period. It features 18 douglas fir truses providing an inspiring environment for the guests! The adjoining Bothy has an open plan layout with its own separate kitchen, island, tv lounge and shower room. The jacuzzi, gym and BBQ will also be available during your stay! 

FOOD

 

Nourishing for mind and body vegan and vegetarian delights! Warming drinks and snacks will be provided in abundance throughout the retreat. 

 

Breakfast: granola, yogurt, seeds and fruit, baking, toast, teas and coffees; energy balls etc

 

Lunch: seasonal soup and warm salad; sourdough bread, crackers, oatcakes, humus, vegetables sticks etc + warming drinks and snacks

Dinner: Buffet Style selection of seasonal foods + warming drinks and snacks

The kitchen will be open throughout the day for you to help yourself with drinks, snacks and other foods.

We do request to please inform us of any dietary restrictions to be able to accommodate your food preferences.

ACCOMMODATION

 

The Hideway offers three en suite luxury rooms downstairs and a mezzanine with a king size bed and two very large double beds and a sofa bed/floor mattress upstairs

 

The Bothy is an adjoining building that has has an open plan layout featuring a luxury kingsize bed upstairs with its own separate kitchen, island, tv lounge and shower room.  

 

Two large en suite rooms in the Hideway and the Bothy can comfortably sleep 2 friends or a couple. The double room can be shared as well.

A deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking. We also offer 0% payment plans. Please get in touch to discuss the options.

NATURE WALKS

 

There is a selection of optional walks and mini hikes to choose from depending on the weather conditions 

 

  • Dess Waterfall - 3 hour walk

 

  • Loch Kinord walk and possible cold dip - 1 hour walk

 

  • Craigievar Castle loop from Muir of Fowlis - around 1 hour 

 

And a selection of other local walks

As we know the weather can be very unpredictable in November so wellies and waterproofs are highly recommended to pack for the Retreat

SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEKEND

We will try to stick to it as closely as we can, but we will also allow for some mindful diversions if we feel these would be required. There might be activities added or removed from the list, but we do promise you: you will not be disappointed!

 

You absolutely do not need to partake in all the daily activities: this is your time to connect with your inner self, to recharge and relax. You can chill in your bedroom, read a book, use a fabulous stunning jacuzzi or journal away! Always remember we are there to guide you but essentially it is YOUR time for yourself: saying no to certain activities isn't a sign of weakness, but inner strength! It is a beautiful powerful manifestation of your inner self saying YES to the activities that truly nourish your body and soul!

FRIDAY 1ST OF NOVEMBER

6pm - 7pm - Arrival to the Retreat & Settling In

8pm - Dinner to Get to Know Each Other

9pm - New Moon Rest & Restore Yoga Practice & Soundbath. Setting Intentions for the Weekend ahead

SATURDAY 2ND OF NOVEMBER

  • 7am - 8am - Rise & Shine. Time to wake up and have a morning warming drink & a light snack before the day commences!

 

  • 8am - 9:30am - Morning Yoga Practice + Guided Meditation + Journaling

  • 10am - 11am - Nourishing Vegetarian and Vegan Breakfast

  • FREE TIME 

  • 12noon - Optional Nature Walks/ Hikes/Swim (deciding on the day). Packed lunch or snacks if it's a longer hike/walk alternatively lunch will be served as we return to the accommodation. 

  • FREE TIME

  • 5:30pm - 7:30pm - Creative & Self Care Workshops/ Discussions/etc (working with Essential Oils, creating a Mala; Discussions; Yin & Myofascial Release, etc

  • 7:30pm - 8:30pm - Dinner

  • 9:30am - 10am - Face Yoga with Gua Sha Face Massage

  • 10:15am - 11am - Nourishing Vegetarian and Vegan Breakfast

  • FREE TIME 

  • 12noon - Nature Walks/ Hikes/Swim (deciding on the day). Packed lunch or snacks if it's a longer hike/walk alternatively lunch will be served as we return to the accommodation

  • FREE TIME

  • 7:45am - 8:45am - Guided Meditation, Journaling & Yoga Practice. Closing Circle

  • 9am - 9:45am - Breakfast/Pack/ Ready to Leave 

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:

1. Yoga mat​

2. Comfortable yoga clothing

3. Water bottle

4. Towel (towels will be provided but in case you like using your own)

5. Yoga mat, blocks and other props (if you have these otherwise we will supply you with these)

6. Meditation cushion and blanket if you have those

7. Journal and pen. These will be provided for you, but if you have your own journal and a favourite pen please bring them with you

8. Comfortable walking boots and waterproof shoes/wellies 

9. Swimsuit, swim shoes and gloves if you are planning on cold water swims

10. Toiletries

11. Personal medication

12. Lighter and warmer layers of clothing for varying temperatures

16. Waterproof jackets

17. Personal care items such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These also will be provided, but if you would rather use your own please take them with you

RETREAT FACILITATOR

Natallia Maguire is a Yoga and Pilates teacher and retreats facilitator with a passion for health and wellness. Since 2007, she has been guiding and empowering individuals on transformative journeys through her expertise in Yoga, Pilates, Dance and other health and fitness related activities.

Natallia’s love for open water swims, hikes, movement and mindfulness as well as all things outdoorsy, shines through in her retreats, creating a space for participants to connect with nature and themselves. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that £200 deposit is non refundable unless we can fill your space in a fully booked retreat or you can find a replacement yourself. 

CANCELLATIONS

  1. 50+ days from the yoga retreat start date: The deposit is non-refundable. If you have already paid the full fee, you will receive a refund minus the £200 non-refundable deposit​

 

   2. 0-50 days from the yoga retreat start date: The booking at this stage is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.

Please get in touch with us as early as possible if you need to cancel for whatever reason. We will do our best to resell your place. If we are able to resell your place on a condition that the retreat is fully booked, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund including £200 deposit. If the retreat is not fully booked the refund minus deposit will be issued if you cancel more than 50 days before the start date.

  3.  There will be no refunds issued if you aren't able to attend for any reason: medical, weather etc. We strongly recommend investing into a travel insurance to cover yourself. 

  4.  We reserve the right to cancel the Retreat for any reason. If this happens we will refund you the whole amount or will offer you a space at our other retreats.

PAYMENT PLANS

We offer payment plans on 0% interest. Please note that the whole amount need to be cleared before the 1st of October. We can make some exceptions depending on your circumstances, so if you require the amount to be split between a few months including the month of October please get in touch with us HERE

We will be in touch closer to the date of the retreat with all the information on Health & Safety and all the necessary forms you would need to fill out before the event.
