Join us for a fun and rejuvenating morning of Pilates and Paddleboarding at Loch Achilty followed by swim, sauna, cakes, hot drinks and new experiences!!
Pilates session will take place on the green lawn at Contin Hall. The session is a combination of stretch, strength and playful movements to set you up for a paddleboarding adventure! In case of inclement weather, the session will be moved indoors to the hall, ensuring the event goes on seamlessly.
We will then head off to Loch Achilty where Leeanne will take you on a 90 minute paddle bliss adventure! Board, buoyancy aid and wetsuit can be provided however if you have your own kit and would like to use it, please do bring it along! Swimwear is good for ease of changing. Towel, change of clothing and water shoes or old trainers are required for paddling. We look for water confidence, you should be comfortable in and around water as you will definitely be in it at some point during your paddling session. We will go through a safety briefing before heading out onto the water.
Please take your time, go at your own pace, there is no pressure to take part in different activities, it's important for you to have a positive experience.
To cap off the morning, indulge in a refreshing swim followed by a sauna session, allowing your body to unwind and rejuvenate! Teas, snacks and cakes will be provided, just take a flask with hot water or bring your own drink!
We are fully insured to take you on the Pilates and Paddleboarding adventures. Swim and sauna will be at your own risk (forms to fill out to follow after the booking!)

Leeanne Mackay of Paddle Bliss Nairn supports individuals to access blue space activities (paddleboarding and Yoga Bliss) to enhance physical and mental wellness.
Her focus is on ensuring a positive experience whilst learning paddle techniques and vital safety information so that her paddlers can continue their paddling journey in a safe and responsible way.
Natallia Maguire is a Yoga and Pilates teacher and retreats facilitator with a passion for health and wellness. Since 2007, she has been guiding and empowering individuals on transformative journeys through her expertise in Yoga, Pilates, Dance and other health and fitness related activities.
Natallia’s love for open water swims, hikes, movement and mindfulness as well as all things outdoorsy, shines through in her retreats, creating a space for participants to connect with nature and themselves. Whether online or in person, Natallia’s offerings provide a holistic approach to well-being, helping individuals relax, rejuvenate, and thrive.
