From Burnout to Balance is a 75-minute guided experience designed to help you step out of stress and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your energy. Blending gentle movement, breathwork, restorative practices, and simple coaching tools, each session supports you in understanding burnout and building real, sustainable resilience practices.

 

Navigating through a burnout is not a sprint, it is a marathon. The session will be complemented by recordings, home practices and check-ins to help you on your journey.

Each module/session follows our signature 4R Method  - a gentle, structured approach designed to help you move from feeling overwhelmed and depleted to feeling calm, supported, and more in control of your energy:

 1. RECOGNISEAwareness is the first step. It is about noticing what’s really going on without judgment.

 

 2. REGULATE. Instead of pushing through, you learn to pause and bring your body back to a calmer state.

 3. RELEASE. Let go of what you’re holding

 4. REBUILD. Create sustainable change

 

Recognise what’s happening → Regulate your body → Release tension → Rebuild supportive habits

 

 In each session, you’ll experience:

    •    Gentle, supportive movement 

    •    Breathwork to calm the nervous system

    •    Restorative/Yin-style relaxation

    •    Guided reflection or journaling

    •    Simple, practical tools to take into your week

 

You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected—equipped with tools to support your energy and navigate stress more effectively.

 

Who it’s for:

    •    You feel mentally or physically drained

    •    You struggle to switch off or slow down

    •    You want practical tools, not just more information

    •    You’re ready to feel more balanced, grounded, and in control of your energy

This is a small group session to allow for more individual approach. The practice is also available on Zoom.

 

Your Investment into a 75 minute Session is £15

 

***You can stay for the Scent & Sound Practice after (10:30am -12:30pm - £25). If you are joining us for both sessions, your investment is £30***​
